After the success of last year’s Reflexology Rhythm Exchange, we’ve decided to make it an annual event.
This year we have the theme of The Seaside. So we will welcome you at 6pm on Saturday 6th June 2026 in the International Room at the Prince of Wales Hotel for a meal. This year following our theme, it will be fish and chips and mushy peas followed by jelly and ice-cream! This will give you two hours to network with the reflexologists at your table, ask questions about reflexology, your business or give advice to your fellow reflexologists.
At 8pm you have the option of staying in the International Room to continue chatting, or to move across the corridor to the Ballroom where our live band Zoot Serious and a Belly Full of Bop will play two live 45 minute sets and we will have a live DJ inbetween sets. This part of the event will also be advertised to our dance fraternity to help keep the costs down.
To encourage you to stay for the whole weekend, we will be arranging a jive flashmob at the Marine Cafe under the pier from 1:30-5pm on Sunday 7th June, same as last year.
The feedback we had last year was that some of the reflexologists got together and took the train on Sunday into Liverpool and went to The Cavern, made famous by The Beetles. Another group took the train to Crosby to see the Anthony Gormley statues called Another Place, and the rest joined the dancers for the live singing and dancing at the Marine Cafe. I don’t mind what you do on Sunday, I just want you to have the best time with your fellow reflexologists. We are hoping that some of you with special skills will volunteer to offer something to anyone interested, e.g. if you teach Yoga you could offer a class on the beach on Sunday. We are trying to keep the costs as low as possible which is why we are asking for volunteers.
